Product Overview
Thermal Insulation Mortar is a new type of building energy-saving material formulated with lightweight aggregates (such as hollow microspheres, fly ash cenospheres, ceramic microspheres, etc.) as the core component, combined with cement, polymer additives, anti-crack fibers and functional admixtures, designed to reduce overall structural weight while providing excellent thermal insulation performance.

Usage Guidelines
Water-to-powder ratio: Strictly follow manufacturer's ratio. Do not add extra water arbitrarily as it will affect insulation strength.
Working time: Use within 1 hour after mixing. Do not use material after hardening.
Application: Apply in layers. Do not apply too thickly in a single pass.
Curing: Maintain moisture curing for at least 7 days to ensure strength and insulation performance.
Construction temperature: Ideally between 5℃‑35℃
Storage & Shelf Life
Storage Condition
Store in a dry, ventilated place, protected from moisture.
Shelf Life
